We collect only the data we need to build and keep your website online. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
1. What we collect
Your email address, the business details you fill in on the onboarding form (name, description, services, hours, address, phone) and the materials you upload, such as a logo and photos. We also keep your order and payment history.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never pass through and are never stored on our servers. From Stripe we receive only the payment confirmation and the receipt link.
3. Email
We use Resend to send sign-in codes, payment confirmations and renewal notices. We do not send you marketing email without your consent.
4. Automated summary of your brief
When you send us your project details, the answers from the onboarding form and the domain you chose are passed to DeepSeek, an AI provider, which writes a short summary and build notes for the person who will build your site. This includes the business contact details you asked us to publish. The email address you sign in with, your payment data and the files you upload are not sent. The summary is read by our staff only and never appears on your site.
5. Passwordless sign-in
Signing in uses a six-digit code that expires after ten minutes. The code is stored only in hashed form and cannot be read back, not even by us.
6. How long we keep it
Account and order data is kept while the account is active and for as long as financial record-keeping law requires. Uploaded materials are deleted on your request.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. We answer requests within thirty days.
8. Cookies
We use one cookie for your sign-in session and one to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising trackers.
