Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the HAPWEBSITE service. By creating an account and paying, you accept them.
1. What the service includes
The WEB25 package costs €25 and includes, for the first year: building a single-page website, registering an available domain, and hosting with an SSL certificate. The site goes live within five working days of you completing the form with your business details and materials.
2. Price and renewal
€25 is an introductory price covering the first year only. Renewal for each following year costs approximately €100–€120 and covers the domain and hosting; the exact figure is stated in your renewal notice. We email you at least fourteen days before the renewal date. If you do not renew, the site is deactivated and the domain remains yours until its registration expires.
3. The domain
The domain is registered in your name and you own it. You may transfer it to another provider at any time. If the domain you asked for is unavailable, we contact you to choose an alternative.
4. Content you send us
You are responsible for the text, logos and photos you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes copyright.
5. Changes and support
Once your site is published, changes to the text or photos are paid work and are not part of the €25. Tell us what you need and we quote it before we start, or add Website care from your panel, which covers content changes on request. A full redesign, extra pages or new functionality are quoted separately. Correcting a mistake we made is always free.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep your site reachable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability because we depend on third-party providers for hosting and DNS. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by not renewing. We may suspend the service if content breaches section 4 or if a payment is charged back by the bank.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we email you before the changes take effect for your account.
