Refund policy

We want you to pay only for work that serves you. Here is the rule, written plainly.
Full refund before work starts
If you write to us within fourteen days of paying and we have not yet started building the site and have not registered the domain, we return the full €25.
After the domain is registered
Registering a domain is irreversible and is paid immediately to the registrar. If the domain has already been registered, we refund the remainder and the domain stays yours.
Once the site is published
After the site goes live the service is considered delivered and the first-year payment is non-refundable. If we got something wrong, we fix it free of charge; changes you ask for later are paid work.
Renewals
We send the renewal notice at least fourteen days in advance. If a renewal slips past you by accident, write to us within seven days of the charge and we refund it, provided the site has not been carried into the new year.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you used to create the account. The refund goes back to the same card through Stripe, usually within five to ten working days.
